I met Kelly in November of 2021, as a massage therapist and she helped me with my journey. It was after my car accident, followed by my split from my partner- which happened after my committed relationship of 12 years ended due to unfaithful actions.

 

 Kelly saw my struggles and was always there for me- listening, giving gentle answers posing thought provoking questions or providing contextual examples from her own life. This helped me by encouraging me to stay positive and aligned with myself and trust myself more.

I went to her two retreats, which I would highly recommend, as I connected and discovered more of myself and I enjoyed her energy and positivity.

I have started coaching with Kelly, and found it very helpful. She is a great listener, she has experienced much on her own accord which helped me. She poses good questions for me which help lead my life in the direction I desire. I realized, during our sessions together, where I am going, what are my strengths and how to align myself to the life I am choosing. I trust her as a coach, because she is supportive, strong and provides helpful wisdom allowing for thoughtful insights and clarity.

When we are journeying through life transitions, we have to make some changes and do the hard work. To seek a good coach, can shorten our journey to becoming our newer, best version of ourselves to emerge, as a result. This is generally done for example through active listening, advising, empowering, gaining clarity. 

I would love, that all the people in the world find as great a coach, massage therapist, Reiki therapist or yoga teacher as Kelly has been for me. 

She cultivated a safe space for the work to be done in a very organic manner, for which I am grateful.
